In November 2000, Boeing Commercial Airplanes made the decision to allow CDGL to participate in a Service Bulletin (SB) off-load program together with two other identified US based suppliers. After an 18 month program review Boeing made the decision to concentrate the program on a single supplier that had demonstrated consistently high quality, on-time and cost performance. CDGL at Welwyn Garden City was selected as the single supplier and is now responsible for authoring and illustrating Service Bulletins for all Boeing commercial aircraft (DC9, MD80, MD90, DC10, MD11, 717, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777) across all ATA chapters.

We believe in the importance of establishing very close working relationships with our customers, adhering to customer processes and contributing to process improvements We have direct access to Boeing systems and source data, connecting remotely through secure VPN connections. Our authors and supervisors also report directly to the Program Leads within the Boeing organisation and maintain regular contact through telephone conferences, meetings and regular visits.
