T-Files for Boeing

If you are a supplier to Boeing, you will have been asked to provide T-Files for any Line Replaceable Items.

Boeing should have provided you with the Boeing WEB Tool, so that you can create your T-Files online. If you are not familiar with the tool or creating T-Files, it can be very confusing because of different functionality and the T-Files you submit to Boeing can be rejected.

Do you have the time and resources to carry out this work?
Have you tried using the Boeing Web Tool, but found it difficult, or had T-Files rejected?

If either of the above applies to you, CDG can help.

We are a good choice to create your T-Files because we have been doing suppliers’ T-Files for more than 25 years and working with Boeing directly, including the 787 programme. We guarantee that your T-File will not be rejected by Boeing as long as we have complete information (Lead Time, URR and Prices).

In order to create a quotation, we need the following information:

  • Ideally the CMM and IPL
  • Or the Bill of Materials
  • Or the number of Parts and the number of LRUs

In order to carry out the work, we would need the following information:

  1. Illustrated Parts List
  2. Price Information – Specifies the selling price for one unit.
  3. Discount – Indicate trade discount applicable to the Unit Price Amount.
  4. Lead Time – Specifies the maximum number of calendar days required by the supplier after receipt of purchase order to make shipment of the quantity ordered.
  5. URR (Unscheduled Removal Rate) – Provides parts removal data and include justified and unjustified removals. Expressed in terms of one end item unit per aircraft.
  6. MPC (Maintenance Percent Code) – Indicates the percentage of the unscheduled removal rate (URR) estimated for line maintenance.
