In September 2000, CDG was acquired by The Boeing Company and is now a wholly owned subsidiary reporting to the Commercial Aviation Services business unit of Boeing Commercial Airplanes Group (BCAG). Being part of the Boeing family affords us greater opportunities to enhance our products and services, while strategically extending our expertise into industries beyond those traditionally served by The Boeing Company.

CDG continues to operate as an independent business unit. Our service level agreements with our customers assure high availability, high performance and data independence from the Boeing organization. CDG has its own independent policies, procedures, security agreements, and infrastructure in place, including separate firewall security provisions, to insure that all data hosted by CDG remains secure. Our customers are assured that any data hosted or managed by Continental DataGraphics is accessed only by CDG developers and system administration staff members. We insure adherence to this security policy by regular security audits conducted by a separate third party organization.
